Position Purpose

The Case Manager provides essential leadership and oversight for a team of program case managers. This role is responsible for managing workflows, ensuring quality assurance, and providing high-level advice on program administration and legislative compliance. The position plays a critical role in addressing workforce distribution through the management of complex participant agreements and policy enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• With limited direction, lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of case managers to deliver timely and accurate results.
• Manage team workflows, provide support for information requests, and handle escalated or complex policy enquiries.
