About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Identify structural cost reduction opportunities across conversion costs, direct and indirect labor, scrap and rework/Drive a Zero-Defect Culture, inventory and working capital.
- Drive governance and portfolio management by prioritizing high-impact initiatives, leading continuous improvement efforts, ensuring projects meet timeline/cost/ROI targets, and reporting performance and savings to executives.
- Foster a high-performance culture by promoting APS principles, building Lean capabilities across all levels, delivering training and certifications, and driving continuous improvement with measurable results.
- Optimize structural costs by improving layout and line balance, reducing variability, enabling automation with strong ROI, and driving gains in cost per unit, OEE, inventory, and working capital.
