Apprentice Engineer

You will gain a strong understanding of key engineering principles, including how refrigeration systems are designed, installed, maintained, and repaired. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll build practical skills while learning to follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times. This role is designed to help you grow your technical knowledge, problem‑solving ability, and confidence, while studying towards your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification and building the foundations for a long‑term career in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Attend college and complete all set training in a timely fashion and to the correct pass rate.
• Shadow the site engineering mentor and follow instructions for onsite learning.
• Follow all health and safety and site rules.
• Maintain good time and attendance.
