Job Summary
Responsible for appraisal of property through desk or ocular inspection for the purpose of loan, restructuring, foreclosure and sale endorsed by various groups.
Key Responsibilities
To conduct ocular inspection of properties offered as collateral
To conduct verification and investigation with different government and private agencies necessary in the completion of assignment
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Licensed and experienced appraiser is an advantage
