Be part of Aptum Virtual Solutions We're looking for a real Appointment Setter—someone who can hold a smart conversation, qualify needs quickly, and book meetings with clinic decision-makers for our Healthcare Virtual Assistant services.

What you'll do:
• Contact leads provided by us (no lead gen)
• Qualify the prospect through short discovery conversations
• Handle basic objections and move the prospect to a scheduled call
• Book 2–3 qualified appointments per day
• Confirm meetings and reduce no-shows
• Keep clean notes in our tracker/CRM
Who we want:
• Strong English communicator (speaking + writing)
• Experienced in appointment setting (B2B strongly preferred)
• Confident talking to clinic owners, practice managers, and decision-makers
