This is a hands‑on, embedded engineering role that requires working directly with founders and stakeholders to quickly ship AI solutions to our internal and customer-facing products. You will act as part engineer, part solutions architect, and part builder‑who‑talks‑to‑humans, prioritizing functional delivery over perfection. Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to flagship initiatives: agentic orchestration, conversational AI with customer profiles, and signal‑based personalized marketing. Build and extend internal AI agents that plan, build, and review work using Claude Code, ensuring quality gates remain sharp. Develop AI chat and voice experiences that personalize conversations based on customer data and behavioral signals.
