Your job responsibilities:
You provide first level user support for the users of the operational applicationsYou analyse and categorize resolved issues to identify structural gaps/problems in collaboration with the applications development teamYou validate approval requests based on standardized processes/workflowsYou assist in/perform user acceptance testing & regression testing with end-users.You manage master data for test cases and set up master data for business objects based on approved workflows.Wat wij van jou vragen:
