About the Role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CIO to shape and execute the organization’s technology strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Provide executive oversight to application development and architecture teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead the management of the enterprise application portfolio, including enhancements, modernization initiatives, and lifecycle planning.
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards to monitor delivery effectiveness and service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement of development methodologies, governance practices, and operational processes.
- Ensure security principles are embedded throughout the application development lifecycle.
