Application Test Engineer

Design and develop software solution for Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, Power Amplifier, MOSFET, IGBT and RF and Module Burn-In products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develop software, modules and test sequence based on specification and test plan from customer requirement.
• Work closely with customer, project team and supplier to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor, evaluate, analyze and optimize test system to ensure optimal Manufacturing yield.
• Debug/troubleshoot ATE failure and provide corrective action after completion of failure analysis.
• Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
• Responsible for overall projects, planning, design, development, buyoff and continuous improvement.
