Join a high-performing telecom engineering environment supporting critical OSS Inventory platforms used across field operations, logistics, and network rollout.
This role sits at the intersection of application support, OSS domain expertise, and DevOps-enabled operations, ensuring high availability, data accuracy, and seamless integration across large-scale telecom systems.
You will act as an L3 support specialist, handling complex incidents, integrations, and production issues while collaborating closely with development, NOC/SOC, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
Monitor application health using APM, logs, and telemetry
Perform incident triage, RCA, hotfix deployment, and maintain KEDB/runbooks
Coordinate major incident response with NOC, SOC, and Logistics Operations
Support release readiness, configuration management, and environment stability (Test/UAT/Prod)
