The expectation for this position is being strong in Web & Mobile Application addition, you have good English skills.
Responsibilities
Providing application services (functional and consult).Monitoring Services, informing and recording issues into the system.Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA time.Analyzing issues and being able to propose solutions/workaround.Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that business can continue.Creating a monthly plan and update progress. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ IT field.Experience with Store Applications / Tools / Point of Sales (POS).Strong Issue Analyst skills.Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
