Job Title: Application Support Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid Responsibilities and Tasks: Provide second-line application support for international market clients, ensuring service continuity and compliance with agreed SLAs. Administer, monitor, and maintain application platforms, ensuring performance, stability, and security. Diagnose and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Manage deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance across on-premises and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and client teams to support releases, improvements, and ongoing service optimization.
