We’re seeking a motivated Application Support Analyst (Jr) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across functional testing, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration, while gaining exposure to transformational programs in Property & Casualty Insurance, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Finance & Accounting .

What you’ll do

• Participate in daily team status meetings and requirement documentation.
• Design test cases and perform regression, end‑to‑end, and CR testing.
• Ensure environment availability through automation testing and health checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in test environments.
• Manage daily requests for changes to functional test environments.
