Application Support - IT Operations Manager

Responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of software applications as required by SM Retail. The position also entails system maintenance of the existing applications in production.

• Responsible for quick fixes and ensuring applications are up and running smoothly.
• Investigate and resolve application related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of systems in production
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Provide minor programming for some in-house IT projects.
• Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
