Application Support Intern

We are inviting undergraduates experienced in coding that looking for an internship placement to join our dynamic team

Responsibilites:

• You will learn the whole process of implementing a system to the end user.
• Conduct system study, gap analysis, walkthroughs and document findings to identify client needs, requirements and business processes.
• Involve in software application support, testing, troubleshooting & resolving functionality problems.
• Provide software implementation such as installations, training, conduct user acceptance testing and assisting client transaction to a new digitalized operations.

Requirements:

• Study in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Candidate with accounting/programming background are an added advantage.
• Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
