Role: Application Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaker

Working Mode: On Site
Working Hours: Rotational shift (Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM. We do provide shift allowance for middle shift and night shift.) – Monday-Sunday (2 Days Off)

Job Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Experience: Minimum of 6 months or (1) year or more of proven experience in a technical support/customer service capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive incident and outage management to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
