About the Role

Description
Primary Responsibilities
1. Software Updates on Application Servers
Coordinate, plan, and execute software updates for servers hosting enterprise applications
Perform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance aligned with approved change windows
Validate application functionality post-update and troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain documentation for update procedures, schedules, and change records
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during maintenance activities
2. Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) – Level 1 Support
Provide Level 1 support for Jira and Jira Service Management
Handle routine user requests, access issues, and basic configuration changes
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues appropriately
Own incidents through resolution and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
