Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team, providing operational and technical support for client-facing applications in production environments.
You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents, apply code fixes or configuration changes, analyze system performance, and ensure the smooth running of business-critical applications.
This role requires rotational shift work in either of those shifts below, usually updated every 2 months:
Sundays - Thursdays
6am - 3pm
2pm - 11pm
3pm - 12am
Flexi 10am
Tuesdays - Saturdays
6am - 3pm
2pm - 11pm
