Position: L2 Application Support Engineer
Location: Mexico – 100% remote
Your Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in production support, application support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles
- Working knowledge of Java, with the ability to analyze logs and debug issues (mandatory)
- Experience working in Linux environments, including log analysis and basic bash commands
- Advanced English (mandatory)
