Experience in Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic
Supported critical production services, responding to major incidents and minimizing downtime
Worked with large-scale distributed systems in SRE/DevOps environments on AWS/GCP
Deployed and managed containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Supported CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and deployments
Monitored system health using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and APM tools
Led incident response and root cause analysis using PagerDuty and ServiceNow
Managed source code using Git, following best practices for collaboration
