About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for banking systems
- Investigate and resolve system incidents and issues
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Liaise with development teams for issue resolution
- Support after office hours or on-call when required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of application support experience
- Strong SQL and system troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting banking or enterprise systems preferred
- Willing to support on-call / shift basis if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
