Role Descriptions: APIs| AutoSys| Azure| Azure App Service| C| CyberArk| GitHub| GitHub Copilot| Java| Java SpringBoot| Kafka| .Net| Python| MS SQL| SAS| SQL| VBA| SFTP| and TIBCO.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support to applications running on Java and handling job abends.
- Acknowledge receipt and start to investigate, diagnose, and analyze L3 application incidents.
- Cooperate with TD group for investigation, diagnosis, and analysis of L3 application incidents.
- Provide temporary solutions or permanent solutions to incidents which eliminate the root cause.
- Document and report incident progress and resolution details.
- For a Priority 1 or Priority 2 Incident, manage the incident from receipt until resolution.
- Weekend on-call support.
- Mainframe platform exposure to tools/products like JCL, PROCS, TSO, ISP...
