Application Support Analyst

Role:

• • Monitor the health and performance of critical applications and systems using Kibana and other monitoring tools.
  • Respond promptly to alerts and incidents during on-call shifts to ensure minimal downtime and disruptions.
  • Diagnose and resolve application-related issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Execute and troubleshoot issues with the jobs for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Maintain and improve automated deployment pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
