Application Support Analyst

Responsible for:
Providing application support activities for FUJIFILM DMS internal and customer facing File Transfer, File Distribution and Batch Processing applications.
Extent of Authority:
Decision making within the scope of standards and procedures for role
Main Activities:
Provide application support for internal and external customers
Carry out rostered on call duties as part of a Level 2 Support team
Carry out incident and issues management
Maintain and update problem management calls
Maintain and create technical documentation
Deployment management of changes from Development, UAT and Production
Participation/Involvement in Project Management activities
Play a substantial role in providing knowledge and value to the overall quality and stability of production systems
Identify and carry out process improvements in consultation with the team manager
