Application Support Analyst

Responsible for:

Providing application support activities for FUJIFILM DMS internal and customer facing File Transfer, File Distribution and Batch Processing applications.

Extent of Authority:

Decision making within the scope of standards and procedures for role

Main Activities:

• Provide application support for internal and external customers
• Carry out rostered on call duties as part of a Level 2 Support team
• Carry out incident and issues management
• Maintain and update problem management calls
• Maintain and create technical documentation
• Deployment management of changes from Development, UAT and Production
• Participation/Involvement in Project Management activities
• Play a substantial role in providing knowledge and value to the overall quality and stability of production systems
