Application Support Analyst

CGI Philippines is looking for an Application Support Consultant with a strong background in Java and PL/SQL to support an Australian utility client. The role involves providing reliable application support while ensuring all deliverables meet CGI's quality standards and engagement policies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work closely with both Manila and onshore teams to ensure smooth and reliable application operations.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and changes—keeping systems running seamlessly through proactive monitoring, ticket management, and daily health checks.
• Generate key reports such as market and SLA metrics, and keep documentation up to date.
• Actively drive service improvements.
• Play an important role in executing Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DRP) plans to maintain operational resilience.
