Responsibilities
As a member of a regional team that oversees real‑time payment applications connected to Fedwire and Chips, you will:
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical and functional support for our payment applications, resolving production issues and reporting incidents to the appropriate chain of command.
- Develop applications to automate manual operational tasks, build custom monitoring tools, and generate reports.
- Perform post‑deployment testing of new releases (quality assurance).
- Build and develop new features in production and in development environments.
- Help the team improve CI/CD practices and automate tasks.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding application failures, document and track case study issues, and create remediation plans.
