My client is looking for a 2nd/3rd line service desk analyst to join their growing team in London. Day to day you will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support for applications in scope, following service management processes and service-level agreements (SLAs). You will be restoring services quickly with temporary or permanent solutions implementation, to meet customer satisfaction. You will have to perform a detailed root cause analysis to identify permanent solutions for incidents and problem tickets. 

In this role, you will be expected to automate repetitive tasks to enable the application support team to focus on value-added activities.
