Application Support Analyst

Our Dublin based client are looking to hire an Application Support Analystto join their team This role will be on a contract daily rate basis for an initial 6 month contract with views to extend beyond that They have an important project and are looking to hire a capable and professional individual to help them complete the project Key items for this position are familiarity with ITL Frameworksand a background intechnical support or service desk support, application configuration / application support Key criteria : Familiarity with ITSM tools Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices. (MUST) Ability to diagnose and solve software, and system issues. Excellent verbal and written communication. IT or equivalent experience in a technical support role.
