Application Support Analyst

Job Profile

Position details:

To perform BAU application and operation support on multiple Data Management Systems across MUFG Bank EMEA and MUS International. The role will form part of BAU team in managing and resolving incidents, problems and changes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivery:

• Work in Shifts based on rota.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintaining and updating system technical documents and service operation manuals.
• To ensure the support provided is within the Service Level agreement set with business and technology groups.
• Ensure IT governance, standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Plan and perform software releases as apart of Release and Change process.
• Develop and deliver Application software changes according to requirement.
