THE ROLE
As an Application Support Analyst, you'll support multiple business critical applications for internal users, as well as the preparing of SQL reporting. 
You'll be troubleshooting technical issues, liaising with vendors, creating reports and driving smarter solutions for business processes.
Responsibilities:
Act as the 1st point of contact to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve business application issues.
Writing SQL queries to troubleshoot applications.
Liaising with vendors for system upgrades.
Creating reports with SQL. 
YOUR PROFILE:
Ideal for an App support analyst with experience troubleshooting software using SQL querying.
