About the Role

Position Summary
This position is mainly focused on driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for boththe pre-sales process and post-sales training and related customer requirements
Works closely with customers to identify market opportunities
Main Tasks 
Accompanies Sales colleagues to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries.
Performs product demonstrations in the field or lab.
Plans and delivers user meetings in the field application. Bulids and develops customer relationship in the respective regions and China.
Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings.
Attends technical training and scientific meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting.
