Job Role - Application Specialist for Telecom OSS Data Mediation
Job Location - Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland
Job Type - Contract/Freelancer
Key Job Responsibilities:
Monitor Netwiser and Zabbix services; triage incidents and resolve application-level issues.
Ensure accurate collection and processing of call traffic volumes, quality metrics, and trend data for national and international routes.
Maintain and enhance PHP-based components for mediation, reporting, and UI customization.
Support integration with OSS/BSS systems for Service Assurance workflows and reporting.
Generate reports for SLA compliance, traffic trends, and QoS metrics.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Hands-on experience with CGI Netwiser for traffic and QoS monitoring.
Strong PHP scripting skills for mediation and UI customization.
Familiarity with Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and telecom OSS Service Assurance workflows.
