About the Role
Drive excellence as a MineStar Application Specialist with Caterpillar in a customer site role. Work on system performance optimization and provide essential troubleshooting support.
Based near Fort McMurray, this on-site position requires a blend of technical acumen and customer engagement skills. You will act as a critical advisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the success of MineStar applications. The job includes a structured 14 on / 14 off roster and emphasizes post-sales support and performance reporting.
