Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

- Responsible for ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) of compliance (Sanctions and AML)
- Perform daily tasks assigned by the production support lead
- Manage highly critical applications - support BAU and ensure no business impact
- Create support documentation and updating existing documentation
- Initiate the incident management process lead triage when BAU is impacted
- Provide regular communication generate reports to all the stakeholders
- Investigation of root cause analysis and irreversible corrective action
