What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support daily operations of enterprise application systems

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application/system issues

• Support application deployment, upgrades, and environment maintenance

• Perform system health checks and proactively identify risks

• Collaborate with development teams on testing and production support

• Maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and system records

• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
