Location:São Paulo, SP, Brazil(Rua Samuel Morse 74, Edificio Igarata – Monções)Main Responsibilities: Responsible for daily application system operation and maintenance to ensure stable operation Monitor and analyze application performance;
identify and resolve system issues Assist in application deployment and upgrades to ensure smooth transitions Maintain operation documentation, system changes, and runbooks Provide technical support to customers and internal teams Conduct system health checks to prevent risks and propose improvements Collaborate with the development team to support dev/test environments Work Experience: Experience in application operation, maintenance, or system management Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred Certification Requirements (Preferred): Familiar with ITIL framework and application operation best practices Relevant certifications (RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus Skills Requirements: Familiar with applicat...
