About the Role

Job Summary
 : The individual selected for this role will play a pivotal role in advancing new application development within the 3M China Electronics Lab. The focus will be on delivering high-value, differentiated solutions to key customers in the electronics markets, including consumer electronics, automotive, and IoT sectors.Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support to Key Account teams through in-depth technical expertise in electronics-related applications.
Drive the growth of product applications by converting competitive products and developing new applications.
Actively participate in local and global New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by offering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and technical requirements.
Manage multiple customer projects effectively.
Deliver product and application training to both internal and external audiences.
