About the Role

Position Summary
To supervise the Application Engineer team at the Cairo office, Egypt.
Distribute workload in the department to ensure due dates are met and manage day-to-day activities through KPIs.
Prepare quotes (low to highly complex) on time and with minimal supervision
Enter orders in a timely and clean manner and support other AE’s for the same
Support customers, Reps and ASM’s throughout the “quote to order” execution cycle
Understand customer needs and market level
Coordinate all players to achieve the target date and receive correct information
Communicate with respective region SE’s & ASM’s in order to define priorities
Support SE’s & ASM’s face to customer on technical and commercial discussions
Train region of responsibility AE’s in order to give them all skills to quote more and more difficult projects
Control of offers done by the respective responsibility region AE ...
