**Objective of the position**
- Startup and parameterization of several technologies as part of project industrialization and create training concepts
- Implementation and planning of several technologies as part of project industrialization specifically for assembly, and robot motioned technologies also offering support of series production.
- Support production plants in Mexico in new process and optimizing existing.Estrusion process/Plastic
- Support Central Team to industrialization of new technologies and Keep the process stable.
**Principal activities**
- Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame.
