Job Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the Design Review (Launch) Process by working with the required Dana groups to ensure activities are successfully completed to support the program according to program timing. Lead program(s) through critical launch and production issues.Engineering responsibility for customer product development, often working on multiple programs at the same time.Use Application Analysis tool to develop appropriate products (typically driveshaft U joint series and tube and axle model/gear) sizing for vehicle application.Perform technical problem solving to urgently address issues quickly.Develop design proposals to meet customer specifications and test requirements.Prepare and conduct technical presentations (Customer and internal).Define proposals, including sizing, priority, and requirements, following the Design Review Process....
