About the Role
The Application Engineer based in Malaysia, will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues on-site, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationships in SEA markets.
Sales & Business Development:
- Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with customers to identify solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the AHU manufacturing industry.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical guidance on product applications and specifications to HVAC manufacturers and customers.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to our products.
