Application Engineer

• Become a technical expert on our battery products and their applications.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting application issues. The primary focus for the first year will be on the pre sales support.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to recommend the most suitable battery solutions for customer needs.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Data Sheets and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest battery technologies and industry trends.
• Identify new application opportunities and contribute to product development roadmaps.
• May participate in customer visits and provide on-site technical support.
• Conduct technical training sessions for internal and external audiences.
