Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot customers' issues via phone, email, and site support.
• Understand and analyze customer requirements concerning product/solution capabilities and specifications within the product categories mentioned above.
• Collaborate with sales, channel, other technical team members, and end-customers to identify technical requirements, design and develop applications/solutions that effectively accomplish customers' needs and objectives.
• Plan, provide, and deliver training on existing and new products/applications.
• Work with different stakeholders including customers, partners, salespeople, engineers.
