*Application Engineer II*
Responsibilities:- Work with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Quote both price & delivery for all modified standard & custom design gear drive units using a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, drawing, or schedule form.
- Review customer supplied technical specifications and select gear drive units to fit different applications.
- Provide marketing information derived from inquiries for product planning purposes.
- Coordinate large project quotation inquiries, which may include a broad range of products.
- Work with vendors/sub-contractors to determine pricing and lead time for custom components.
- Analyze costs to determine profitability at quoted prices.
- Provide disposition on price deviation requests from sales.
- Conduct pricing reviews and purchase order terms and conditions reviews.
