About the Role
- Responsible for presales support, technical support related to precision automation solutions for electronic and semiconductor assembly processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-precision assembly solutions.
- Provides product application engineering support to the Asian customer base, sales and service organizations, and the assigned company product teams.
- Reviews customer's circuit board design, related manufacturing processes, required production capacities and identifies projected production savings based upon use of proposed equipment.
- Prepares and reviews sales and customer competitive analysis information and prepares production capability and financial ROI analysis to assist sales and customer with capital equipment justification.
