Application Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead application development teams responsible for enterprise platforms, integrations, and digital solutions, balancing hands‑on technical leadership with people and delivery management.
• Act as a technical and escalation point for solution design, architecture decisions, and complex delivery challenges.
• Partner closely with technology analysts, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and technology/business leaders to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide delivery and technical oversight for major platforms including Salesforce, Workday Finance, and enterprise integration services.
• Drive modern development practices including cloud native design, event driven architectures, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery.
