About the Role

What we ask
Proven hands-on experience in developing high-protein RTD and/or Medical Nutrition (MN) liquid products, with strong theoretical understanding of formulation and processing.
In-depth knowledge of dairy proteins and their behavior and interactions with other ingredients in liquid applications.
Experience in building and executing knowledge roadmap, including collaboration with research experts and externals to build thorough product knowledge, including the ingredient-processing matrix.
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills; customer-focused and able to act with speed and decisiveness.
Experience working in cross-functional teams; a team player who can also work independently.
Experienced in reporting and usage of digital tools to share insights across teams.
A Master- or PhD degree in Food Technology...
