This position is the Application Development Engineer(AE) of Industrial Adhesive and Tape Division(IATD). He/She will work with tapes and adhesives for various bonding applications in the Auto-Electrification and Automotive markets. The AE’s job is to develop applications for existing products, identify new product opportunities, and provide customers with technical and financial benefits. AE collaborates with various functions such as sales reps, marketing, and manufacturing sites globally. Through this strong collaboration, AE contributes to making the growth of 3M as one team.
