Application Development and Technical Service (ADTS) Manager Masterbatches (m/f/d) 
Day in the Life:
Lead and further develop a team of ADTS engineers, including task allocation, coaching, feedback, and regular reviews

Promote work quality and innovation support within the team and organize training sessions for team members

Responsible for hiring new team members and supporting their professional and personal development

Regular customer visits, including technical departments and quality managers, to build strong relationships at plant level and with local technical teams, understand customer needs, identify business opportunities and propose APS solutions
